In the beginning...

Hello all!
On Monday, this traveling duo will take off from London Heathrow (strikes permitting!) for New York and Peru! This is how our lovely direct flights go:

30TH AUGUST
10.55 Leave Heathrow full of anticipation and excitement
14.15 Arrive Madrid
17.00 Leave Madrid
19.10 Arrive New York and meet Becca!

STAY IN NEW YORK FOR A FEW DAYS!

4TH SEPTEMBER
08.00 Leave New York
13.00 Arrive Bogota airport, Colombia!!! (avoid being mugged, assaulted or having drugs smuggled into luggage. Sleep with two eyes open)
21.55 Leave Bogota

5TH SEPTEMBER
00.50 Arrive Lima Airport in Peru (They've arrived!...ok no they haven't. We'll be in the right country but at the wrong airport, SO, we'll wait in Lima airport UNTIL...)
05.10 Leave Lima
06.30 Arrive Cusco, hopefully with small Peruvian man waiting to pick us up and take us to the right place! YAAAAAY

During this time we will have to conquer New York, mountains, Airbus Jets and the Spanish language to make our trip a success. Follow us and stay in contact whilst we're away and we will love you lots. 'They will have internet in Peru?!?!' we hear you exclaim...we weren't stupid, we chose somewhere with internet access and tea making facilities :D. Don't you know us at all???

Time to pack more socks...

  5. Loving the Blog. And following your antics on the other side of the world. Great to chat to you on SKYPE last night. I really did try to wake Hannah to come and say "hi" but it was like waking the dead.

Enjoy Macchu Peechu. I would so seriously love to visit there one day. My friend Elena has mentioned the Nasca drawings to me. Ar e you anywhere near those?

Hope today is sensational for you?
